Malibu Django Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

  • You can ask for a return from the brand within only the first 14 days after receiving your order.
  • The items you send back should be;
    • Original
    • Unused in condition with tags
    • Packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or the receipt which have will be required for the refund
  • All the Consumable items which primarily include treats of pets are non-returnable.

For Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you doubt about any damage or something else, you better should;

  • Inspect them upon delivery
  • Report in written form about the notable defect, damage, or incorrect items via info@malibudjango.com

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-returnable items include;
    • Perishable goods (food, treats, supplements)
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Personal care goods (beauty products)
    • Hazardous materials
    • Flammable liquids, or gasses.
  • Additionally, other sale items and gift cards are also not returnable.

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, you have to return the original item and then place a new order of your choice. But all these steps would be taken, once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • Items shipped to the EU can be returned or canceled.
  • It should be done within 14 days without any justification.

Refund Processing

  • Credit Card - 10 business days to the same credit card or gift card.
  • Debit Card - 10 business days to the same debit card, gift card, or cash.
  • Refund Credit - 3 business days.
  • Gift Card - 3 business days to a Malibu Django gift card.
